How long have you been in business?
CustomChina.com is created by LDA
Creations, a company that has been making custom pieces
in small quantities for very special clients since 1987. We
have had the privilege of creating custom gifts with presidents and vice
presidents, universities, fine retailers and resorts,
embassies, museums and community groups over the years to
create exactly the right token for special events. Now we
are putting our experience to work making truly elegant gifts
and favors for you.
Why are all items $0.00 in the shopping cart?
We provide a shopping cart to initiate a conversation. Our customer representative, Lois, can easily see which items have interested you. Placing an 'order' with our shopping cart does not obligate you to purchase. Because decoration techiniques and quanitity will determine the price of your custom dinnerware, no prices are shown. A quote is happily given when the parameters of the project are understood.
How do I send art to you?
"Hard art" can be mailed to the address at left, to the attention of Lois. Computer files can be sent to  . Bitmap files such as .tif, .jpg and .gif work well. EPS files and PDF files are helpful. Our company uses the CorelDraw suite on PCs for design (.cdr files are best - Illustrator files can usually be imported.).
Remember that we are happy to create all art for you - but if you have a logo, coat-of-arms or other reference we can incorporate please send us the clearest copy you have.
Do you make other custom items?
Yes, we design and manufacture a wide range of high-end, custom gifts. We offer complete tableware settings that are not shown on this website, such as teapots, espresso cup and saucers, serving dishes, etc. In addition, we offer clocks, trays, ornaments, porcelain boxes and more - all customized for each customer. How do you deliver your merchandise?
Your items will be delivered by UPS or Federal Express. For international or extremely large orders, other options will be explored.
What is the time frame for delivery?
Custom china orders typically take three to four weeks to flow from initial contact to shipping. That time frame varies with the needs of our client and we are happy to work with you at your speed.

What is your return policy?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and
report mistakes or breakage to us immediately. (within five
working days)
For personalized items: If CustomChina.com has
made any error in producing your personalized item, we will
gladly replace the item as quickly as possible. Because these
items are custom-created at your request, sales are otherwise
final.
For items that are not personalized: You may return
any non-personalized item within 14 days. You are responsible
for shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original
packing cartons or with comparable protection.
What is your privacy policy?
We respect your privacy and hope that you find our privacy
policy refreshingly simple.
All personal information entrusted to CustomChina.com
and its parent company LDA Creations will not be sold or given
away to anyone. We reserve the right to send emails or 'snail
mails' that are directly related to our own products, but
we promise not to do this ad nauseum. Any marketing
email that we send will include a 'remove me' link.
If you should choose to use our "Tell a Friend"
service, we will not retain your friend's email. The friend's
email will be used only for the one time event of sending
the email that you create while you are on our site.
